Job summary

GreenEarth Ventures Indonesia is seeking a motivated Management Trainee to join our Surabaya team. This full-time program offers exposure to multiple business functions, with mentorship from senior leaders to develop strategic thinking for future leadership roles.

You will work across departments, gaining hands-on experience in management and supporting the implementation of policies and best practices to drive sustainable growth. Willingness to relocate to Surabaya is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with data and metrics.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support business unit managers in day-to-day operational activities and strategic planning initiatives.
• Assist in analysing business performance metrics and preparing reports for senior management review.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to gain exposure to different departments and business functions.
• Support the implementation of company policies, procedures, and best practices across operations.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for enhanced efficiency.
• Assist with stakeholder engagement and relationship management activities.
• Support recruitment, training, and employee development within assigned business units.
• Prepare presentations and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
• Participate in regular training sessions and development programmes designed for management trainees.
• Undertake special projects and assignments as directed by senior management.
