PT AIA Financial invites graduates to join an 18-month fast-track program in Jakarta designed to accelerate towards a managerial role. You will experience real exposure, leadership training, and cross-functional rotations to build practical skills and leadership capabilities.

Open to fresh graduates or those with up to five years of experience, with strong English and proven leadership. Start is December 1, 2026; deadline for applications is October 29, 2026.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with GPA 3.20 or higher.
• Fresh graduates with internship experience or up to 5 years of professional work experience.
• Strong English proficiency (TOEFL ≥550 / IELTS ≥6 is a plus).
• Proven leadership experience in organizations or communities.
• Strong leadership potential with proactiveness, resilience, and relationship-building skills.
• Curiosity, innovation, and growth mindset with cross-functional rotation openness.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree from any major, with a minimum GPA of 3.20
• Fresh graduates with internship experience or up to 5 years of professional work experience
• Strong English proficiency (TOEFL ≥550 / IELTS ≥6 is a plus)
• Proven leadership experience in organizations or communities
• Strong leadership potential, with proactiveness, resilience, and strong relationship-building skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with curiosity, innovation, and a growth mindset
• Open to cross-functional rotations and relocation across Indonesia
