Responsibilities

• Responsible and achieve monthly and yearly production result as targeted by AIA
• Responsible for quality performance by daily, monthly and yearly basis
• Manage and monitor team member mapping database (mapping aligned with TSR’s skill) and distribution/database strategy per vintage and campaigns
• Analyze database traffic and sales results (gross and quality) daily
• Sales review and planning (Daily, Weekly, & Monthly)
• Collaborate with QA team to fix and improve team quality performance weekly or monthly

About the Role

Responsible and achieve monthly and yearly production result as targeted by AIA

• Responsible and achieve monthly and yearly production result as targeted by AIA
• Responsible of quality performance by daily, monthly and yearly basis
• Ensure, manage, control, monitor team member mapping database (mapping align with TSR’s skill), database distribution and utilization also database strategy per vintage and campaigns by daily basis
• Analyse database traffic and sales result (gross and quality) everyday
• Sales review and planning (Daily, Weekly, & Monthly)
• Collaborate with QA team to fixing and increasing team quality performance by weekly and/or monthly or whenever needed.
• Responsible of sales capacity every month as targeted by AIA
• Coach and develop SPV and TSRs by regular basis
• Responsible and provide reports by daily, weekly and monthly to Sales Manage and/or DMTM team
• Collaborate with TDX team for TSRs skill development
