Job summary

AIA is offering an 18‑month fast-track program designed to accelerate a graduate’s path to a managerial role. You’ll receive real exposure, leadership training, and cross‑functional rotations across Indonesia, with direct exposure to leaders and mentorship from experienced colleagues.

Fresh graduates or those with up to 5 years of experience may apply. AIA values curiosity, problem solving, and a growth mindset, inviting you to contribute to health and wellbeing initiatives across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from any major with a minimum GPA of 3.20.
• Fresh graduates with internship experience or up to 5 years of professional work experience.
• Strong English proficiency (TOEFL ≥550 / IELTS ≥6 is a plus).
• Proven leadership experience in organizations or communities.
• Strong leadership potential, proactiveness, resilience, and strong relationship-building skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with curiosity, innovation, and a growth mindset.
• Open to cross-functional rotations and relocation across Indonesia.
