Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with GPA 3.20 or higher.
• Fresh graduates with internship experience or up to 5 years of professional work experience.
• Strong English proficiency (TOEFL ≥550 / IELTS ≥6 is a plus).
• Proven leadership experience in organizations or communities.
• Strong leadership potential with proactiveness, resilience, and relationship-building skills.
