Job summary

Mondelēz International in Southeast Asia is seeking a Maintenance Planning Specialist to lead the planning, development and execution of preventive maintenance for lines in a high-speed FMCG environment.

You will manage PM systems, drive centerline improvements, and build capability within technicians to operate and maintain equipment across shifts. The role requires a strong engineering background and hands-on experience with PLCs and automation.

Qualifications

• Required engineering degree with relevant discipline.
• Experience in FMCG manufacturing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of PLC systems and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive and time-based maintenance programs for lines.
• Own PM systems and cost budgets for assigned lines.
• Develop team capability to operate and maintain equipment.
• Collaborate with Asset and Reliability teams for improvements.
• Support new initiatives and share PM expertise.
