Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Packing and Robotic Engineer to lead maintenance and process improvements on packaging lines in Cikarang, Indonesia. You will drive autonomous maintenance, PM planning, and line stability while collaborating with global forums and cross-functional teams.

The role requires deep knowledge of AM/PM, PLC systems, and robotics, with experience in FMCG environments and filling/packing machinery. Excellent technical leadership is essential for this hands-on position.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of AM- Autonomous Maintenance Step 4 and Progressive Maintenance Step 3
• Strong capability to lead Line teams and PDCA approach
• Experience with FMCG maintenance of filling and packing equipment
• Strong PLC knowledge (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Omron) and familiarity with robotics

Responsibilities

• Partner with line leaders to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets
• Own technology settings for equipment and PM systems, manage R&M budget
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans and train technicians on PM
• Collaborate with Asset and Reliability team for improvements and cost reductions
• Act as technology owner in regional/global forums and support new initiatives
