Job summary

Mondelēz International in Southeast Asia seeks a dedicated maintenance leader to drive planned and predictive maintenance on packaging lines. You will own PM systems, centerline performance, and R&M budgets, coaching technicians to raise skill levels while ensuring safety, quality, and cost targets.

You will partner with asset and reliability teams, lead line-level improvements and support new initiatives in a dynamic FMCG manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of autonomous maintenance and progressive maintenance principles.
• Experience with FMCG manufacturing environments and packaging machinery.
• Proven ability to lead maintenance on line equipment and manage budget.

Responsibilities

• Own PM systems, plan maintenance and lead maintenance teams on the line.
• Optimize centerline settings and equipment performance to hit SQCDSM targets.
• Coach technicians, develop skills, and manage R&M budgets and activities.
• Collaborate with Asset and Reliability teams on system improvements.
