Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Packing and Robotic Engineer to lead maintenance planning and process improvements on our packaging lines in Indonesia. You will own the PM systems, improve centerline stability, and manage R&M budgets while guiding cross-functional teams of technicians and contractors.

The role requires advanced AM/PM expertise, PLC familiarity (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Omron), and hands-on robotics experience to optimize line performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of AM autonomous maintenance and PM standards.
• Ability to lead line teams and manage maintenance planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive and time-based maintenance plans for the line.
• Own PM systems and KPI for the line and manage budget.
• Develop maintenance capability by training technicians.
• Collaborate with Asset and Reliability teams for improvements.
• Be the subject matter expert on a component category and train others.
