Job summary

Mondelēz International in Southeast Asia is seeking a Packing and Robotic Engineer to lead maintenance planning and process development on the production lines in Cikarang, Indonesia. You will drive PM systems, centerline settings and guarantee line performance across safety, quality, cost, delivery, and morale.

You will mentor technicians, coach future SWP owners, and collaborate with Asset & Reliability to reduce downtime, while applying PDCA and TPM tools.

Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of AM and Progressive Maintenance TPM tools.
Ability to lead the Line and coach SWP owners; drive PDCA across the line.
Experience as Line Leader; align goals, manage IDP and performance development.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Experience in FMCG and maintaining filling and packing machines.
Strong PLC knowledge (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Omron).
Robotics familiarity is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

Partner & Enable the line leaders to deliver SQCDSM targets and participate in DMS meetings at the shift/line level.
Own the technology, process, and centerline settings; manage PM, R&M budgets; line ownership.
Develop, own, and execute preventive maintenance plans; upskill technicians to operate and maintain equipment.
Partner with Asset and Reliability for improvements; manage Change Management and spares; be the site tech owner in forums.
Assist in VSU initiatives and benchmark initiatives; train PM topics for the plant.
