Job summary

Mondelēz International in Southeast Asia is seeking a Senior Maintenance Engineer in Cikarang, Indonesia. You will lead planned maintenance elements in a CI manufacturing environment, guiding cross-functional teams to improve safety, quality, cost and delivery.

You will own the technology and process, manage PM systems and KPIs, develop preventive maintenance plans, and coach technicians. A Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and FMCG experience are required; knowledge of PLCs and

Deep technical mastery of process and equipment.
Ability to lead planning, process development and PM implementation in a CI manufacturing environment.
Strong background in preventive and time-based maintenance systems.

Responsibilities

Partner with line leaders to meet SQCDSM targets (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability & Morale).
Own technology, process, and centerline settings for equipment; manage PM/maintenance budgets.
Develop and execute preventive and time-based maintenance plans; build technician capabilities.
Collaborate with Asset and Reliability team for system improvements and cost reductions.
Serve as subject matter expert on PM and line technologies; train others.
