Job summary

Mondelez International in Southeast Asia seeks a Packing and Robotic Engineer to lead maintenance and process development for packaging lines in a continuous improvement environment. You will drive preventive maintenance and manage line KPIs, collaborating with assets and reliability teams while training technicians and earning trust from line leaders.

The role requires deep knowledge of AM/PM, TPM, PDCA, and PLC systems, plus robotics familiarity.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Advanced AM/PM and TPM knowledge for equipment maintenance.
Experience maintaining filling and packing machines in FMCG.
Strong PLC knowledge across major brands.
Robotics familiarity is a strong advantage.
Experience leading line teams and PDCA-driven improvements.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, process development and maintenance elements in a CI manufacturing environment.
Manage PM systems, budgets, and centerline management for lines.
Develop preventive and time-based maintenance plans and train technicians.
Collaborate with Asset/Reliability team on improvements and cost reduction.
Be the site technology owner in regional and global forums.
