Job summary

Mondelēz International in Southeast Asia is seeking a Maintenance Leader to drive Planned Maintenance and PM systems in a continuous improvement manufacturing environment. You will lead cross-functional teams, own process settings, and manage budgets to deliver safety, quality, and cost targets.

You will develop line maintenance plans, coach technicians, and collaborate with Asset & Reliability teams to implement improvements, PMC tasks, and cost reductions.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Extensive FMCG/manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong AM/Autonomous Maintenance and PM knowledge.
• Experience with PLC systems: Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Omron.
• Robotics experience is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development and implementation of Planned Maintenance elements.
• Own PM systems, KPIs and maintenance budget for the line.
• Develop line preventive and time-based maintenance plans and train technicians.
• Collaborate with Asset & Reliability teams on improvements and cost reductions.
• Represent the line as site technology owner in regional/global forums.
