Job summary

Sinar Primera Group in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for warehouse facilities and utilities, responsible for planning and overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinating a team of technicians, and ensuring equipment reliability. The role requires strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, ISO and safety standards, and proven leadership.

You will manage spare parts, monitor budgets, and report maintenance performance to keep operations safe

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
• At least 5 years in warehousing, logistics, facility maintenance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in cold storage operations advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, and preventive/corrective maintenance.
• Experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, spare parts management, and technical reporting.
• Familiarity with ISO standards, quality requirements, and occupational health and safety practices.
• Strong planning, organizational, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance for warehouse facilities, equipment, and utilities.
• Monitor mechanical, electrical, and building infrastructure systems to ensure operational readiness.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and assign tasks to technicians.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize operational disruptions.
• Monitor and manage warehouse utilities, including generators, air conditioning, pumps, ventilation, and other supporting equipment.
• Plan spare parts and lubricant procurement to ensure maintenance requirements are met.
• Monitor utility consumption and expenses to ensure alignment with the allocated budget.
• Oversee routine servicing, facility inspections, and maintenance reporting.
• Ensure equipment and facility operations comply with applicable safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, equipment troubleshooting, and preventive and corrective maintenance.
