Job summary

PetroSea is seeking a Warehouse Management Officer to be site-based, responsible for overall store operation, inventory accuracy, audits, and input of purchase orders to support high service levels.

You will ensure SHE compliance, manage incoming materials inspection, and monitor spares, fuels and lubricants quality per standards. Strong teamwork and English language skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Min. 1 year experiences in warehouse, preferably in mining industries.
• Strong general engineering skill and mechanical aptitude.
• Sound knowledge of Inventory Control and Supply Chain Management.
• Familiarity with Environmental Management System (EMS).
• Awareness of ERP systems (Avantis, SAP, JD Edwards) is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a team.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written, is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure warehouse area operations conform to SHE SOPs and Materials Management standards.
• Monitor and control critical spares, obsolescence and surplus stock to keep asset inventory well managed.
• Inspect incoming materials for conformity with order specs and check for defects.
• Ensure fuels and lubricants quality meets procedures and standard variance loss per ASTM or Migas.
• Maintain and implement SHE programs and EMS; aim for zero LTIs and ISO/SMK/SMKP compliance.

Job Summary

• Directly responsible for the overall store operation, inventory, audits, input of purchase orders and security of the warehouse in order to provide support higher service level for company in term of part store availability and a good practice to the process which conform to business ethics and company's procedures.

Ensure workâ¬â warehouse area performed conforms to Health Safety and Environmental (SHE) Corporate procedures, System Operating Procedure (SOP) Materials Management warehouse and official standards and requirements. Monitor and control critical spares requirement and reduction of obsolescence and surplus stock levels to ensure all asset inventory are well managed. All assets inventory are well managed.

Education

Bachelor's Degree of Preferably Engineering major, technical trade, or project type background is required.

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

• Strong general engineering skill and mechanical aptitude.
• Sound knowledge of Inventory Control and Supply Chain Management.
• Fully understanding with EMS (Environmental Management System).
• Awareness of ERP system (e.g. Avantis, SAP, or JD Edwards) would be an advantage but are not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, teamwork, and motivate people.
• Fluent in English, bothspoken and written is an advantage

Certification

• If candidates do not meet the requirements specified in the Education section, evaluation shall be conducted in accordance with KKNI Level 5.
