Job summary

PetroSea is hiring a Warehouse Management Officer (Site Based) in Sulawesi Tengah. The role oversees the entire store operation, inventory integrity, and security, ensuring alignment with company procedures and high service levels for part availability.

Education requirements include a Bachelor's in engineering or a technical background, with at least 1 year of warehouse experience, preferably in mining. Strong communication and English are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure warehouse operations comply with SHE procedures, SOPs, and standards.

• Monitor fuels and lubricants per ASTM or Migas standards; ensure quality.
• Maintain and implement SHE programs and SHE Management System; aim for zero LTIs and ISO standard conformance.

Job Summary

• Directly responsible for the overall store operation, inventory, audits, input of purchase orders and security of the warehouse in order to provide support higher service level for company in term of part store availability and a good practice to the process which conform to business ethics and company's procedures.

Ensure workâ¬â warehouse area performed conforms to Health Safety and Environmental (SHE) Corporate procedures, System Operating Procedure (SOP) Materials Management warehouse and official standards and requirements. Monitor and control critical spares requirement and reduction of obsolescence and surplus stock levels to ensure all asset inventory are well managed. All assets inventory are well managed.

Ensure that incoming material is inspected for conformity with order specifications and checked for defects. The incoming materials are successfully inspected and checked.

Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

Education

Bachelor's Degree of Preferably Engineering major, technical trade, or project type background is required.

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

• Min. 1 year experiences in warehouse preferably in Mining industries.
• Strong general engineering skill and mechanical aptitude.
• Sound knowledge of Inventory Control and Supply Chain Management.
• Fully understanding with EMS (Environmental Management System).
• Awareness of ERP system (e.g. Avantis, SAP, or JD Edwards) would be an advantage but are not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, teamwork, and motivate people.
• Fluent in English, bothspoken and written is an advantage

Certification

• If candidates do not meet the requirements specified in the Education section, evaluation shall be conducted in accordance with KKNI Level 5.
