Job summary

PT Ebara Indonesia is seeking a Machining Supervisor to lead production activities, ensure SQCD targets, and drive process improvements in the machining department. You will monitor KPI achievement, solve process issues, and develop the machining team to deliver on-time, cost-efficient outputs.

The role requires a strong background in machining/CNC, supervisory experience, and proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. A D3/S1 in related engineering fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• D3/S1 in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related field is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in Machining/Manufacturing, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of machining processes and CNC.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead machining production activities and manage SQCD performance.
• Monitor production progress, productivity, and KPI achievement.
• Control machining processes to meet production targets.
• Identify and solve production problems.
• Lead SQCT and Kaizen continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supervise, develop, and coordinate the machining team.
