Qualifications

• Strong shop floor leadership and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate production operations and packaging.
• Establish production and quality standards with management.
• Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and quality control.
• Monitor production metrics and compile reports.
• Drive continuous productivity and cost reduction programs.
• Ensure safety, housekeeping, and proper stocking of supplies.
• Communicate in English and Bahasa clearly.
