Job summary

PT Ebara Indonesia is seeking a Machining Supervisor to lead production activities, ensure SQCD targets, and drive process improvements in the machining department. You will monitor KPI achievement, solve process issues, and develop the machining team to deliver on-time, cost-efficient outputs.

The role requires a strong background in machining/CNC, supervisory experience, and proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. A D3/S1 in related engineering fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• D3/S1 in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related field is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in Machining/Manufacturing, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of machining processes and CNC.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Job description

As a Machining Supervisor, you will play an important role in ensuring smooth and efficient Machining production through effective process control, productivity improvement, SQCD management, problem-solving, and team development.

Manage and control Machining production activities based on Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery (SQCD).

Monitor production progress, productivity, and KPI achievement.

Control machining processes and ensure production targets are achieved.

Identify and solve production problems.

Lead SQCT and Kaizen improvement activities.

Manage, supervise, and develop Machining team members.

Coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth production operations.

Prepare production and performance reports.

Requirements

Minimum D3/S1 in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Machining/Manufacturing, preferably with supervisory experience.

Good knowledge of Machining processes and CNC.

Able to use Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Good problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Knowledge of SQCT and Kaizen/continuous improvement.

Able to manage and develop production teams.
