Job summary

PT IEG Manufacturing Indonesia is seeking a Supervisor – Machining to plan, organize, and control daily CNC Turning and CNC Milling operations in Batam. You will lead machinists and support staff, ensuring SOPs, work instructions, and safety requirements are followed while achieving production targets.

Ideal candidate holds a D3 or Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering with 3–5 years machining experience, including 2+ years in supervision, plus strong CNC, G-code, and drawing-reading skills, and

Qualifications

• Min 3–5 years machining experience, with ≥2 years in supervising.
• Strong CNC Turning and CNC Milling knowledge.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and tolerances.
• Leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Commitment to Safety, Quality, and Continuous Improvement.
• Batam residents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and control daily CNC operations.
• Allocate work, set priorities, and meet targets.
• Lead and develop machinists and staff.
• Ensure SOPs, work instructions, and safety compliance.
• Monitor machine performance and efficiency.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance with Maintenance Team.
• Analyze production data and drive improvements.
• Ensure quality and surface finish standards.
• Maintain proper machine setup and tooling.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and provide guidance.
