Job summary

PT IEG Manufacturing Indonesia seeks an experienced Manufacturing Leader to drive end-to-end operations across machining, fabrication, welding, and assembly. You will partner with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to resolve production issues and fulfill client requirements.

The role requires strong knowledge of CNC machining, Lean principles, and cost control, with a track record of improving productivity and on-time delivery in heavy industry settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial engineering.
• 8–10 years in manufacturing with leadership experience.
• Knowledge of CNC machining, fabrication, and manufacturing process flow.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall manufacturing operations to meet production targets, quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery.
• Develop production plans, capacity planning, manpower allocation, and priorities with PPIC and related departments.
• Oversee machining operations including CNC turning, CNC milling, cutting, fabrication, welding, assembly.
