Job summary

PT PERSOL RECRUITMENT INDONESIA seeks a CNC Line Leader in Semarang to operate and manage the machining line, create CNC programs, improve productivity, and coach line operators.

You will drive Kaizen and 5S initiatives, oversee tools/fixtures, develop CMM measurement programs, and coordinate with maintenance while reporting KPIs. A Bachelor’s in Engineering and 2+ years of team leadership are required; automotive/Japanese manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in CNC programming.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in CMM programming.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading a team.
• Experience in a Japanese manufacturing company is preferred, especially in automotive or automotive parts.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage the CNC machining line, monitor production progress, and create CNC programs.
• Improve machining conditions, productivity, and cost efficiency through Kaizen activities.
• Select, manage, and improve cutting tools and fixtures.
• Create and manage measurement programs for CMM operations.
• Provide technical guidance, skills training, and OJT for line operators.
• Promote safety activities, 5S practices, and continuous workplace improvement.
• Coordinate with maintenance to address equipment issues.
• Monitor and report machining line KPIs such as machine utilization, quality rate, and productivity.
