Job summary

La Finca Management is seeking a Reservations & E-Commerce Staff to manage bookings and online sales for luxury villas. You will handle inquiries, update villa listings on OTAs and our website, and respond to guests promptly.

Coordination with operations/housekeeping, monitoring bookings and payments, and preparing daily reports are part of the role. Experience in reservations or online sales is preferred, with familiarity of OTA extranets and channel managers.

Qualifications

Experience in reservations, front office, or online sales (villa/hotel experience is a plus).
Familiar with OTA extranets and channel managers.
Good English, spoken and written.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under deadlines.
Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

Handle booking inquiries and reservations from guests, agents, and online channels
Manage villa listings, rates, and availability on OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com) and our website
Respond to guest messages, emails, and reviews promptly and professionally
Coordinate with operations and housekeeping on arrivals and departures
Monitor bookings, payments, and occupancy
Prepare daily and monthly reservation and sales reports
