Job summary

Morabito Art Villa in Bali, a luxury beachfront retreat designed by Pascal Morabito, seeks an experienced Guest Experience Supervisor to lead our service team and elevate guest hospitality standards.

You will oversee the guest journey from arrival to departure, mentor staff, handle VIP requests, and work with other departments to personalize stays. Fluent English and 2–3 years in guest relations with at least 1 year in supervision are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in guest relations/guest experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Experience in luxury villas, resorts, or 5-star hotels preferred
• Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor the Guest Experience team to ensure consistent, high-quality service
• Oversee guest journey touchpoints from arrival to departure, resolving issues promptly
• Coordinate cross-departmentally to personalize guest experiences and manage VIP requests
• Monitor guest feedback and drive continuous service improvement
• Assist in training, scheduling, and performance guidance for the team
