This role focuses on delivering warm, personalized service across the guest journey. You will coordinate with F&B, Housekeeping, and Front Office, handle guest requests and special occasions, and ensure every touchpoint reflects

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years' experience in guest service, hospitality, or a similar role (villa/resort experience a plus)
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
• Warm, proactive, and detail-oriented personality
• Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, personalized welcomes and attentive service throughout the guest journey
• Coordinate with F&B, Housekeeping, and Front Office to anticipate and fulfill guest needs
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and special occasion arrangements
• Ensure every touchpoint reflects Morabito's standard of refined hospitality
