Job summary

Morabito Art Villa, a beachfront retreat in Canggu, Bali, seeks a Guest Experience Officer. Designed by renowned French designer Pascal Morabito, the villa blends elegant design with Bali's natural beauty, featuring unique sculptures, spacious interiors, and ocean views.

This role focuses on delivering warm, personalized service across the guest journey. You will coordinate with F&B, Housekeeping, and Front Office, handle guest requests and special occasions, and ensure every touchpoint reflects

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years' experience in guest service, hospitality, or a similar role (villa/resort experience a plus)
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
• Warm, proactive, and detail-oriented personality
• Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays

This luxurious villa combines elegant design with the natural beauty of Bali, featuring unique sculptures, spacious interiors, and stunning ocean views. We are looking for a passionate Guest Experience Officer to join our team.

Key responsibilities

Deliver warm, personalized welcomes and attentive service throughout the guest journey

Coordinate with F&B, Housekeeping, and Front Office to anticipate and fulfill guest needs

Handle guest requests, feedback, and special occasion arrangements

Ensure every touchpoint reflects Morabito's standard of refined hospitality

About you
