Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a busy venue.

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, beers and soft drinks.
• Demonstrate mixology skills and presentation techniques.
• Keep bar area clean, stocked and sanitised.
• Provide excellent customer service and informed recommendations.
• Process payments and manage cash transactions with accuracy.
• Monitor inventory and report stock needs.
• Comply with local liquor laws and responsible service guidelines.
• Collaborate with the hospitality team during peak times and events.
• Stay informed on promotions, menus and upcoming events.
• Assist with training junior staff when appropriate.
