Job summary

The Luxury Collection in Lombok, Indonesia, is seeking a Non-Management, full-time Wine Service Associate to answer guest questions about origin, vintage, and style of wines, check stock and requisition supplies, and prepare beverages according to recipes.

You will count cash, secure bank, maintain storage, and assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching, while upholding safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer guest questions regarding the origin, vintage, and style of wines.
• Check quality and quantity of all stock and supplies; requisition all supplies; perform bottle-for-bottle liquor restock.
• Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems; issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles.
• Count bank at end of shift, complete cashier reports, resolve discrepancies, secure bank.
• Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas; maintain storage and inventory order.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and coaching employees; act as a role model.
• Follow all company safety and security policies; report accidents and unsafe conditions; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
