Job summary

Savaya Group is seeking a Lounge Assistant Manager for Manuza to lead lounge service, coach the front-of-house team, and ensure seamless guest flow and table readiness. Qualifications

• Experience supervising lounge/premium hospitality operations.
• Lead from the floor during busy service.
• Create a warm, personalized guest experience.
• Handle guest concerns calmly and professionally.
• Coordinate with Bar, Kitchen, Reservations, and Guest Relations.
• Understand reservations, seating plans, turnover, service procedures, and closing controls.
• Coach team and maintain grooming standards.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, holidays, and late nights.
• Communicate professionally in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the lounge for service and conduct team briefings.
• Assign sections and ensure the floor is fully ready before guests arrive.
• Monitor reservations, seating, turnover, service timing, and guest satisfaction.
• Remain visible on the floor and support the team during peak periods.
• Handle guest requests or concerns and coordinate with bar and kitchen.
• Train and coach lounge team; maintain grooming standards and opening/closing duties.
