Job summary

PT Tolan Tiga Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Logistics Supervisor to manage and optimize logistics operations across multiple units. You will ensure efficient inventory control, transportation planning, and on-time delivery while controlling costs and risks.

Candidates should have a 5+ year track record in logistics, with at least 2 years in supervision, and familiarity with palm oil/agribusiness logistics. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/logistics systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputable University.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in logistics, transportation, distribution, or supply chain operations.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in palm oil, agribusiness, commodity trading, or bulk-product logistics is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of logistics planning, inventory management, transporter contracts, and cost optimization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Familiarity with ERP or logistics management systems.
• Microsoft Power BI is an advantage.

Responsible for managing and optimizing logistics operations across operating units, ensuring efficient inventory management, transportation planning, and timely delivery of all products under the supervision of the Marketing Department, in line with commercial commitments. The role oversees transporter contracts and performance, logistics costs, operational risks, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure reliable, cost-effective, and compliant logistics operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputable University.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in logistics, transportation, distribution, or supply chain operations.

At least 2 years of supervisory experience.

Experience in palm oil, agribusiness, commodity trading, or bulk-product logistics is preferred.

Strong knowledge of logistics planning, inventory management, transporter contracts, and cost optimization.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Familiarity with ERP or logistics management systems.

Microsoft Power BI is an advantage.
