Job summary

PT. Trasindo Murni Perkasa in Indonesia seeks a skilled Logistics Manager to oversee receiving, storage, issuance and distribution of goods, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company procedures.

You will supervise logistics staff, maintain stock availability, manage logistics administration, and drive vendor search, evaluation and negotiation while upholding safety and discipline. Ideal candidates hold a related degree and 3 years of logistics experience with strong MS Office and ERP

Qualifications

• S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering or Heavy Equipment Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics and Warehouse.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
• Understand and able to operate logistics management/warehouse system applications (ERP, SAP, Accurate or other logistics systems).
• Experience in vendor search, evaluation and negotiation.
• Good communication, coordination and leadership skills.
• Disciplined, firm, responsible and able to work under pressure.
• Able to work individually and in a team.

Responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operational logistics activities including receiving, storage, issuance and distribution of goods/materials to ensure effective, timely, and compliant operations according to company procedures. Ensure stock availability, logistics administration order, supervision of subordinates, and implementation of occupational safety and discipline in the Logistics work area.
