Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in logistics and warehouse operations, with 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in manufacturing industry and end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, logistics, transportation, and distribution.
• Experience managing teams and third-party logistics providers.
• Proficient in ERP/WMS or similar systems.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee warehouse and logistics operations.
• Develop and implement efficient processes to improve accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, stock monitoring, and cycle counts.
• Plan and coordinate delivery schedules and transportation.
• Monitor capacity, layout, and material flow to maximize productivity.
• Lead and develop warehouse and logistics teams.
• Collaborate with PPIC, Production, Purchasing, Sales, Finance, and others.
• Analyze data and prepare reports for management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
