PT Sinar Continental in Cimahi, Indonesia, is seeking a senior Warehouse and Logistics Manager to oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and distribution. You will lead cross-functional teams and drive efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in logistics and warehouse operations, with 2–3 years in leadership, and strong knowledge of ERP/WMS systems to optimize end-to-end processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in logistics and warehouse operations, with 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in manufacturing industry and end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, logistics, transportation, and distribution.
• Experience managing teams and third-party logistics providers.
• Proficient in ERP/WMS or similar systems.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Manage and oversee overall warehouse and logistics operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and delivery/distribution.

Develop and implement effective warehouse and logistics processes to ensure operational efficiency, accuracy, and timely delivery.

Ensure inventory accuracy and proper warehouse management, including stock monitoring, stock movement, cycle counts, and periodic stock opname.

Plan and coordinate delivery schedules, transportation, and distribution activities to ensure products are delivered accurately and on time.

Monitor warehouse capacity, layout, material flow, and utilization to optimize storage space and operational productivity.

Control logistics and warehouse costs while identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency.

Establish and monitor operational KPIs related to warehouse, inventory, logistics, delivery performance, and service levels.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, SOPs, and applicable regulations in warehouse and logistics operations.

Lead, manage, and develop the warehouse and logistics team, including manpower planning, performance monitoring, and team development.

Coordinate closely with PPIC, Production, Purchasing, Sales, Finance, and other related departments to ensure smooth material and product flow.

Manage relationships and performance of logistics partners, transporters, and other third-party service providers.

Analyze operational data and prepare regular reports and recommendations to management.

Identify operational issues and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve warehouse and logistics performance.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse and logistics processes, systems, and productivity.

REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in logistics and warehouse operations, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or equivalent leadership position.

Preferably experienced in manufacturing industry and familiar with end-to-end supply chain processes.

Strong knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, logistics, transportation, and distribution.

Experienced in managing warehouse and logistics teams and third-party logistics/service providers.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and decision-making skills.

Familiar with ERP/WMS or other warehouse and logistics management systems.

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.

Able to work with operational data and translate findings into practical improvement initiatives.

Willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and handle operational challenges effectively.
