Job summary

Itron in Cikarang, Indonesia, is seeking a Logistics Specialist to manage daily warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and inbound/outbound shipments. You will coordinate with 3PL providers, optimize processes, and ensure safety and compliance.

This role requires 3-5 years in warehousing or logistics, experience with WMS/ERP (Oracle preferred), and strong analytical, planning, and stakeholder-management skills. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and working English for documentation are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• 3–5 years in warehouse/logistics or supply chain roles, manufacturing setting preferred.
• Experience with WMS, ERP (Oracle preferred), and inventory controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities: receiving, put-away, stock, picking, packing, shipping.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and liaise with customers, carriers, and 3PLs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycles counts and reconciliations; monitor stock levels.
• Support cost control and process improvements in warehousing and logistics.
• Provide reports and updates to management and stakeholders.
