Job summary

PT Gemasuara Adhitama in Indonesia is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch. The role requires strong leadership and hands-on management to align inventory with records.

You will coordinate with Purchasing, Production, QC, and Logistics, ensure SOPs and health and safety standards are followed, supervise staff, and drive continuous improvements while maintaining organization and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, industrial engineering, logistics or related field.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control and material handling.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Solid knowledge of SOPs and health & safety standards.
• Strong coordination and communication with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to identify problems and implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure receiving and shipping follow established procedures and schedules.
• Regularly control stock levels and reconcile with records.
• Arrange placement and storage for organization and safety.
• Oversee loading/unloading and proper goods handling.
• Create and monitor warehouse administration and inventory reports.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, QC and Logistics on needs.
• Ensure SOP adherence and health & safety compliance.
• Supervise warehouse staff to meet targets.
• Conduct regular stock takes and investigate discrepancies.
