Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–4 years of working experience in Logistics, Warehouse, or Workshop operations.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and administrative/database applications.
• Knowledge of Odoo or Asset Manager application is an advantage.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, drilling services, or equipment rental industries is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, proactive, and able to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage Delivery Orders (DO), Receiving Sheets, Load Lists, and Packing Lists.
• Monitor equipment mobilization/demobilization and verify physical equipment conditions.
• Maintain inventory, consumable stocklists, and equipment databases.
• Manage equipment rental timesheets and maintenance documentation.
• Monitor equipment running hours and validity of inspection certificates.
• Coordinate logistics activities with internal departments, customers, and vendors.
