Job summary

PT SHOKA CHANDRA ARMADA in Central Jakarta is seeking a driven sales professional to grow our import, export and domestic logistics footprint.

You will identify and develop new customers, promote logistics services, conduct sales calls and produce quotations while building lasting relationships with existing clients. A strong grasp of Incoterms and MS Office is needed; driving license is a plus. Placement: Menteng, Central Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/D3/S1 graduate, any major.
• Minimum 2 year of experience in a Freight Forwarding / Logistics company
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good understanding of Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW, etc.).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Target-oriented and comfortable working with export & import clients
• Having an existing customer database/network is an advantage.
• Possession of a valid Class A Driving License (SIM A) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, and develop new customers for Import, Export, and Domestic services.
• Promote and sell logistics services, including Export, Import, Domestic, Trucking, Warehousing, and other logistics solutions.
• Conduct sales calls, customer visits, and presentations.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers through the closing process.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers.
• Coordinate with the Operations Team to ensure smooth handling of customer shipments.
• Achieve the sales targets set by the company.
• Prepare and submit regular sales activity reports.
