Job summary

Scada Logistics in Jakarta is seeking a Sales Executive to identify and develop new customers for Import, Export, and Domestic services. You will promote and sell logistics solutions including Export, Import, Domestic, Trucking, Warehousing, and more, while conducting calls, visits, and presentations to close deals.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year in freight forwarding or fresh graduates with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Freight Forwarding / Logistics company.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good understanding of Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW, DDP, etc.).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working with export & import clients.
• Having an existing customer database/network is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Possession of a valid Class A Driving License (SIM A) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, and develop new customers for Import, Export, and Domestic services.
• Promote and sell logistics services, including Export, Import, Domestic, Trucking, Warehousing, and other logistics solutions.
• Conduct sales calls, customer visits, and presentations.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers through the closing process.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers.
• Coordinate with the Operations Team to ensure smooth handling of customer shipments.
• Achieve the sales targets set by the company.
• Prepare and submit regular sales activity reports.
