Job summary

Minimum 5 years in import-export within manufacturing, a detail-focused, mobile professional who can develop efficient strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in import-export operations.
• Experience in manufacturing industry, not a freight forwarder or customs broker company.
• Strong knowledge of export-import regulations and licences.
• Knowledge of HS codes and customs regulations.
• Fluent communication with foreign relations.
• Proficient in MS Office and Accurate.
• Detail-oriented, mobile and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Execute purchase and sales processes including quotations and invoicing.
• Coordinate shipment schedules, container arrivals, and import planning.
• Develop effective purchasing and sales strategies.
• Maintain relationships with partners and suppliers.
• Ensure export and import shipments are completed successfully.
• Supervise field activities related to export-import operations.
• Coordinate with customs brokers, customers and partners.
• Prepare import-export release documentation.
• Calculate cost of goods sold (HPP) for products.
