Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in the same position.
• Well experienced in logistics and shipping company.
• Must be fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process shipping and receiving documents
• Coordinate with carriers and schedule shipments
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy
• Communicate with vendors and customers regarding delivery status
• Update logistics databases and tracking systems
• Assist with resolving shipping and delivery issues
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Support warehouse staff with documentation and inventory tasks
• Generate reports related to logistics performance
