Job summary

PT. HITACHI SAKTI ENERGY INDONESIA is seeking a detail-oriented warehouse professional in Tangerang to manage inbound/outbound shipments, maintain inventory, and ensure accurate data in WMS.

Responsibilities include picking and packing orders, coordinating with carriers, performing counts, and upholding safety and regulatory compliance. Candidates with a D3 in logistics or related field and 2–3 years experience, strong Excel skills, and English communication will fit.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in logistics-related field with relevant coursework.
• Experience with inventory control techniques, cycle counting, and FIFO.
• Proficient in English communication and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments; maintain inventory in designated storage areas.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders; generate shipping documents and labels.
• Coordinate with freight carriers for inbound/outbound shipments and track deliveries.
• Perform regular counts and reconcile with WMS; report discrepancies to management.
• Maintain a safe, clean warehouse and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
