Job summary

PT GLOVIS INDONESIA INTERNATIONAL is seeking a Logistics Procurement Sr. Specialist based in Cikarang Pusat, Jawa Barat. You will lead procurement of logistics partners and optimize freight arrangements for our auto parts and vehicle logistics operations.

The role requires 3+ years in procurement within transportation or logistics, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in English. Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel) is essential.

Responsibilities

• Bid and select logistics partners based on freight terms and conditions.
• Manage contracts and freight with partners.
• Evaluate partner performance and drive continuous improvements.

Logistics Procurement (Inland & freight)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Logistics Procurement Sr. Specialist to join our dynamic team at PT GLOVIS INDONESIA INTERNATIONAL'. In this full-time position based in Cikarang Pusat, Jawa Barat, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the procurement activities for our transportation and logistics operations.

What you'll be doing :

Lead and manage the procurement process of logistics partners to ensure the efficient and cost-effective acquisition services

Developing the candidates pool for partners (vendors) of logistics operation
(In & Out-bound logistics for Auto Parts, Finished Vehicles, Containers, Intermodal Containers, etc.)

Bidding for selection of logistics partners based on freight, terms and conditions

Managing contract & freight for partner

Identify and evaluate for logistic partner’s performance

What we're looking for :

Graduated from Bachelor Degree

Substantial experience (3+ years) as procurement, within the transportation, or logistics industries

Excellent negotiation and contract management skills

Thorough understanding of procurement best practices and Logistic optimization

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Must be fluent in English

Good skill with Ms. Office, especially Power Point & Excel
