PT Kamadjaja Logistics is seeking an experienced Manager Strategic Procurement Purchasing Business Partner to join our organisation on a full-time basis in Surabaya, Jawa Timur. This is a pivotal position within our Purchasing, Procurement division, reporting directly to senior management. As Manager Strategic Procurement Purchasing Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in driving procurement excellence and cost optimisation across the organisation. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic procurement initiatives that align with our business objectives, whilst building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors. This role is central to our mission to deliver operational efficiency and sustainable value creation across our logistics operations.
A minimum of 7–10 years experience in strategic procurement, purchasing or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a managerial or senior procurement role
Proven experience in vendor relationship management, contract negotiation and vendor selection processes
Strong understanding of procurement best practices, cost analysis and total cost of ownership principles
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement procurement strategies that deliver measurable cost savings and operational improvements
Experience working in warehousing, transport, logistics or related industries is highly desirable
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple departments
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with proficiency in procurement systems and Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of supply chain risk management, compliance and ethical sourcing standards
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Economics or a related discipline
