PT GLOVIS INDONESIA INTERNATIONAL is seeking a Vehicle Logistic Yard Specialist (Staff Level) in Cikarang Pusat, Jawa Barat. You will oversee the VPC yard operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch, ensuring safe and efficient yard management.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, maintain inventory control, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations while driving continuous improvement in throughput and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Minimum 2 years in yard management or logistics.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles.
• Must be able to operate MS Office.
• Must have a driving license (SIM A).
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Integrity and trustworthiness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the VPC yard, including vehicle receiving, storage, and dispatch.

Vehicle Logistic Yard Specialist (Staff Level)

We are seeking a talented VPC Yard Specialist to join our team at PT GLOVIS INDONESIA INTERNATIONAL' in Cikarang Pusat, Jawa Barat. As a full‑time employee, you will play a pivotal role in our Warehousing, Storage & Distribution operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our vehicle processing centre (VPC) yard.

What you'll be doing

Overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of the VPC yard, including vehicle receiving, storage, and dispatching

Coordinating with cross‑functional teams to optimize yard utilization and throughput

Implementing and maintaining inventory control systems to ensure accurate record‑keeping and timely reporting

Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations

Create invoice to customer to make sure on time payment both of customer and supplier

Control vehicle aging management

What we're looking for

Graduated from Bachelor Degree with any major

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar yard management or logistics role, preferably in the automotive or logistic industry

Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices

Able to operate Ms. Office

Able to drive car and having driver license (SIM A)

Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills

Good Integrity and trustworthiness

Familiarity with relevant safety and environmental regulations

Good Communication in English is a must (Only CVs that use English will be shortlisted)
