Job summary

PT Lintas Niaga Jaya is seeking an Admin License professional to manage export-import licensing, COA verification, and regulatory compliance across FMCG, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals. You will coordinate with authorities, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely document submission and accurate data for customs clearance.

The role requires 2+ years in licensing documentation within freight forwarding or importer/exporter roles, with solid knowledge of CEISA/INSW and BPOM portals.

Qualifications

• Multitasking, honest, detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work quickly according to timeline and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Submit VHC (Veterinary Health Certificate) for export shipments requiring animal health certification, ensuring documents are submitted according to stuffing/shipping schedule to prevent delays.
• Manage and verify COO (Certificate of Origin) document compliance against invoice, packing list, and preferential tariff requirements of destination countries through E-SKA system as export supporting document.
• Handle BPOM import licensing, including verification of NIE (Nomor Izin Edar) compliance and BPOM technical requirements for food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic products before use in PIB process.
• Manage LS (Laporan Surveyor) for import goods in mandatory verification/technical tracing category according to Ministry of Trade regulations, including coordination with surveyor to ensure report issuance before PIB submission.
• Monitor and verify COA (Certificate of Analysis) and customer licenses/permits, ensuring validity and technical data accuracy (product specifications, HS Code, packaging) before customs clearance, and follow up document renewal with customer/supplier before expiry.
