Job summary

PT CNL Logistics Indonesia is seeking a Customer Service professional in Bekasi to handle export and import documentation and ensure regulatory compliance. You will coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, and agents to keep documentation accurate and shipments moving smoothly.

You will communicate with customers and internal teams, manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines, and maintain records for all shipments, with fluency in English to liaise with overseas partners.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Export–Import, or Transportation Management.
• Understand flow of import export documentation and procedures.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
• Familiar with export and import documentation, booking to shipping lines or airlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Handle export and import documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Submit Shipping Instructions and manifests to shipping lines/NVOCC.
• Issue and verify House Bill of Lading (HBL) and Master Bill of Lading (MBL).
• Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, co-loaders, and agents for smooth documentation processes.
• Process and monitor payment requests to shipping lines and vendors.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper document filing.
