Job summary

You will submit shipping instructions, coordinate with shipping lines and airlines, and liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to keep shipments on track.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Export–Import, or Transportation Management.
• Familiar with export/import documentation and booking to shipping lines or airlines.
• 1+ year of experience in logistics customer service is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle export and import documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Submit Shipping Instructions and manifests to shipping lines/NVOCC.
• Issue and verify House Bill of Lading (HBL) and Master Bill of Lading (MBL).
• Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, co-loaders, and agents for smooth documentation processes.
• Process and monitor payment requests to shipping lines and vendors.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper document filing.
