Job summary

PT FCL INTERNASIONAL INDONESIA is seeking an Export & Import Documentation Specialist to manage and maintain all export and import paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will coordinate with trucking teams, negotiate with buyers and sellers, and liaise with government authorities to ensure timely shipping and clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Export and Import documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Handle documentation related to Export and Import shipments, including shipping and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with the trucking team regarding loading and unloading schedules, as well as transportation arrangements to the warehouse.
• Perform administrative recording and documentation for Export and Import activities.
• Negotiate and communicate with buyers and sellers to coordinate and arrange Export and Import shipment schedules.
• Liaise with relevant government authorities, including the Ministry of Trade and Customs, regarding Export and Import activities.
• Calculate and analyze Import and Export requirements and costs to obtain the most efficient shipping costs.
• Take responsibility for customs clearance processes and ensure all Export and Import shipments comply with Indonesian customs regulations and company policies.
• Monitor and track the location and status of Export and Import shipments to ensure timely delivery.
