Job summary

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome; candidates with 1-2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, forwarding, warehousing, or related industries will have an advantage.
• Own transportation (car) preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented, detail-oriented, and proactive in achieving targets.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently.
• Ability to identify business opportunities, generate leads, and develop customer accounts.
• Good understanding of market trends and competitor activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command of English; Mandarin proficiency will be an advantage.
• Placement in Semarang.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and acquire new customers to expand the company's business portfolio.
• Actively explore and generate new business opportunities within the shipping and logistics market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, bids, tenders, and sales proposals in a timely manner.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Provide regular sales reports and market updates to management.
