Job summary

PT Nova Modular Indonesia is seeking a Warehouse professional for its Banyuwangi facility in East Java. This full-time role focuses on efficient inventory management, safe handling, and coordinating storage and dispatch within a busy warehousing and distribution centre.

You will work with a team to maintain high standards of reliability and precision in warehousing and logistics, performing tasks across receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping operations.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse, distribution centre, or similar logistics environment.
• Proficient with forklift and pallet handling equipment (certification preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory and orders.
• Physical ability to lift and move goods in a fast-paced setting.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Commitment to health and safety standards.
• Reliable, punctual and professional work ethic.
• Able to read warehouse documents and shipping labels.
• Knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse software is advantageous.

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Warehouse professional to join our team at our Banyuwangi facility in East Java. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehousing and distribution centre. As a Warehouse team member, you will be responsible for the efficient management of inventory, the safe handling of goods, and the coordination of storage and dispatch operations. This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for reliability and precision in the warehousing and logistics sector.

Key responsibilities

• Receiving, unloading and inspecting incoming goods to ensure they meet quality and quantity standards
• Organising and storing items in designated locations within the warehouse, maintaining accurate inventory records
• Picking and packing orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and care in handling products
• Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
• Maintaining warehouse cleanliness, safety standards and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Conducting regular inventory counts and reconciling stock discrepancies
• Loading goods onto delivery vehicles and ensuring shipments are properly documented
• Collaborating with team members to meet daily operational targets and deadlines
• Reporting equipment issues and safety concerns to management promptly

What we're looking for

• Previous experience working in a warehouse, distribution centre or similar logistics environment
• Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet handling equipment (valid certification preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management and order fulfilment
• Physical capability to lift, carry and move goods regularly, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• A commitment to health and safety standards and best practices in warehousing
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with colleagues
